Given that accommodations for the All IYF Event in East Coast are booked several weeks in advance of the event, we are unfortunately unable to honor request for refunds submitted after 3 days before event starting date.
Once a timely request is received, we will send you an email notifying you of the receipt of your request and an expected date on which the refund will be completed.
– Requests for refund should be forwarded to email@example.com
– Requests submitted on or before three days are eligible for a full refund. For example, if event start August 8th, at least contact to us until August 5th 11:00pm (EST) for a full refund.
– Requests submitted after three days before event start will not eligible for a refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the time stipulated, please do the following prior to contacting us:
– Check your bank account again.
– Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
– Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
– If you’ve done all of this and are still unable to see your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
